An empath is someone who experiences the world by utilizing their feeling sensors; they have the ability to deeply feel and understand other’s emotions; and often pick up on the energy of people, situations, buildings, and places.
I will work with you to overcome compassion fatigue, develop and maintain healthy boundaries, and release stuck emotions & energies. I love empowering my clients to connect with parts of themselves that need love and attention, so that old patterns stop repeating and peace is found.
